In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Tour organised by Injalak Arts and Crafts Corporation (Injalak), I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that the walking track used for the Tour is not maintained and does not have barricades, handrails or defined paths. The area may contain hazards such as uneven terrain, steep slopes, wildlife, and other natural dangers. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this Tour, including but not limited to falls, contact with wild animals, and any other injuries.
2. Release from Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Injalak, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during the Tour.
3. No Liability for Accidents: I understand and agree that Injalak assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the Tour. I acknowledge that participation in this Tour is entirely at my own risk.
4. Transportation: If transportation is provided by Injalak in connection with the Tour, I understand and agree that Injalak and its representatives are not liable for any accidents or damages that may occur while riding in an Injalak vehicle.
5. Responsibility of Guides: I understand that the guides accompanying the Tour are employed by Injalak and are not liable for any incidents or injuries that may occur during the Tour. I agree to comply with all directions of my guides at all time during the Tour.
6. Third party tour company: If I am a third party tour company arranging for clients to participate in the Tour, I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to ensure my clients are been notified of and will comply with these terms and conditions (and translate the terms and conditions if required) and prior to participating on the Tour, has confirmed their compliance in writing. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Injalak, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me and/or a client of mine during the Tour.
7. Medical Condition: I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this Tour. I agree to disclose any medical conditions or limitations that may affect my ability to safely
   participate.
8. Photography and Media: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Tour for promotional or educational purposes by Injalak.
9. Parent/Guardian Consent: For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on their behalf. By signing below, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
